Robert J. Weir, PE President
| As President of Entech, Bob guides our leadership team as we pursue our mission to help our clients make more informed decisions in the careful planning and management of their facilities, infrastructure, and resources to create a better-built environment. Bob’s corporate strategic focus is on operations management and the application of specific technologies for communication and project delivery. Formerly, as Entech’s Executive Vice President, Bob oversaw our civil and environmental resources group and provided a broad range of technical and project management services for our clients. In is 20+ years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, he focused primarily on water and wastewater engineering. Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, and West Virginia. |

Lenette C. Wells, AIA Principal | Buildings & Campus
| As leader of Entech’s Facilities Planning and Design Group, Lenette works with Entech’s diverse team of professionals, including engineers, planners, solutions developers and corporate staff to answer our client’s questions about how to plan for the preservation, maintenance, renovation or adaptive reuse of their buildings and/or campus. Lenette especially enjoys helping our clients further the missions of their organizations through stewardship of their campus and buildings. To do this, she leads her team through integrating historic, condition, energy, utility, and asset data into the facilities management and sustainability planning process. Lenette holds an MS degree in Historic Preservation from The University of Pennsylvania and a BArch from the University of Kansas. She is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a LEED AP® certified professional. |

Bryon A. Killian, PE Principal | Water/Wastewater
| Bryon is the leader of our Civil, Water, Wastewater, and Environmental Services Group. Focused on the cost-effective and strategic management of water/wastewater infrastructure and environmental compliance, Bryon leads our clients through informed decision-making processes by overseeing the delivery of system evaluations, data analysis, environmental compliance management, and design services. Bryon holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Wastewater Operator and a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. |

Bryan C. Haag, PE Principal | Energy & Utilities
| As Director of Entech’s Utility, Energy, and FCA Services, Bryan guides our clients through building and utility systems condition assessments, planning, and design projects. He also works with our clients to address energy and carbon reduction planning in conjunction with utility projects or as independent energy initiatives. Bryan graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Focus. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, a LEED AP® certified professional, and a Certified Energy Manager. |

Tanner A. Sattler, PG Principal | Oil & Gas
| Leading Entech’s Oil & Natural Gas Services Team, Tanner provides expertise to our upstream, midstream, and downstream clients to support their strategic decision-making for natural gas infrastructure development through the delivery of environmental engineering services, permitting, hydrogeological specifications, routing studies, and pipeline design services. Tanner is a licensed professional geologist in Pennsylvania, holding an MS in Geology from West Virginia University and a BS in Earth Science from the Pennsylvania State University. |

Christopher M. Hannum, PE Principal | Water/Wastewater
| As Entech’s Civil Engineering Manager, Chris oversees the Water and Wastewater Engineering Department and manages personnel, design production and marketing support. With 25 plus years of engineering, water and wastewater experience, Chris focuses on project management, quality assurance and staff training, and helps clients make more informed decisions as they invest in their infrastructure systems. Chris holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and a M.S. in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania, and a veteran of the United States Army. |

Stuart Heisey, PE Principal | MEP Services
| As Entech’s Director of MEP Services, Stuart oversees and manages proposals, personnel, design production and marketing support related to all things buildings. In concert with the Energy and Utilities Group, Stuart focuses on strategy, project management, quality assurance and staff training, and helps clients make more informed decisions as they invest in their building systems and infrastructure to pursue their organizational mission. Stuart is also active on many strategic initiatives at Entech, from information management to culture. Stuart is a registered professional engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland and holds a B.S. in Engineering from Messiah College. Additionally, Stuart is LEED-AP, BD+C accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council. |

Matthew Quinn Principal | Water/Wastewater
| Matt helps oversee the design, permitting and construction of various water and wastewater projects. Matt has spent his entire career at Entech. Starting in 2009, as an intern while he was earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, he has continually proven himself as an excellent leader, earning the trust of clients and co-workers alike. Matt brings energy and passion to each project, committed to delivering quality projects and results. |
