I have enjoyed working with a highly talented team of professionals to grow the company from a small, start-up energy consulting firm to a professionally managed company with more than 150 employees helping clients across the country make more informed decisions. I am most satisfied that we have “sustainable leadership” where we give key employees the opportunity to develop their leadership skills so they can one day own and lead the company. Bob and I have been working closely together on my transition to retirement. I am confident Bob and the rest of our Leadership Team are ready to take Entech to continued growth and success.”
After working alongside Jeff for 15 years, fellow Principal, Lenette Wells, RA, expressed,
“Jeff’s optimism, strategic thinking, boundless energy, and willingness to experiment in changing and difficult circumstances has been the foundation of our transformation and growth throughout his presidential leadership tenure. Demonstrated in his persistence to try new things and tolerance of failures, Jeff’s approach is fueled by a vision to create a company that offers leadership opportunity and growth to all for the purpose to sustainably create and improve our built environment. ”
Incoming President Robert J. Weir, PE stated,

This has provided the firm a foundation to build long-term relationships with our clients and employees. We have been carefully planning this transition for the last few years and I am looking forward to building upon our success, providing a wonderful culture for our team to flourish, and delivering unrivaled service as we help our clients make more informed decisions.”
