Entech Engineering, Inc. (Entech) is pleased to announce the recent addition of Robert L. Horvat, Jr., P.E. to our team as the Regional Director of our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office, as well as Project Manager to further assist our clients. Rob is a welcomed addition and strengthens our team and presence in western Pennsylvania.
Rob brings nearly 25 years of industry experience in the municipal, water, and wastewater fields, including operations, applications, and engineering. His unique perspective ensures that our clients’ challenges will be viewed from a myriad of angles, resulting in unique solutions to help our clients make informed decisions.
Entech’s Vice President and Civil/Environmental Resources Manager, Robert Weir, P.E., said about Robert’s addition:

Rob is a graduate of Point Park University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology, and holds an Associate Degree in Design Technology from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
