Reading, PA – Entech Engineering, Inc. (Entech) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Christine Gunsaullus, Senior Project Manager, to the Board of the Water Works Operators’ Association of Pennsylvania (WWOAP), serving in the position of Eastern Section Director.
WWOAP was established in 1927 to improve and advance the water industry throughout Pennsylvania. The organization touts open communications among all levels of the industry, and works to share information with all involved in the treatment and delivery of water. To that end, Christine has been a regular presenter at their regional meetings throughout the state and the Annual Conference, sharing her water tank and coatings knowledge. She is slated to speak at WWOAP’s upcoming Fall Meeting in Holtwood, PA, a joint effort with the Pennsylvania American Water Works Association (PA-AWWA) on Friday November 16, 2018.
As one current Board Member explained to Christine:
“Yes - it was me [who nominated you]. But I received unanimous support. You have an excellent reputation.”
Christine’s Board responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between members of the Eastern Section of WWOAP and the rest of the Board, as well as developing programs for future conferences.
At Entech, Christine spends her time within the Civil Environmental Resources (CER) unit, helping clients by sharing knowledge by writing blogs and presenting at industry conferences, and utilizing her extensive experience in tanks and coatings on projects. She has proudly earned her the nickname, “Storage Tank Queen.”
