We are pleased to announce the appointment of Entech Principal, Scott J. Compton, to the American Institute of Architects Pennsylvania (AIA Pennsylvania) Board
of Directors. Scott will serve a three-year term beginning this year, pursuing the AIA Pennsylvania’s mission to promote the profession of architecture and its interests throughout the Commonwealth of PA, while striving for the highest quality in the built environment.
In addition to serving on the board of directors, Scott will also serve on AIA Pennsylvania committees; government affairs (vice-chair), licensure, and communication.
As Past President of the AIA Pennsylvania’s Eastern Chapter, Scott is enthused about his new appointment to serve AIA Pennsylvania members;
"While the AIA serves architects and the public at the national, state, and local levels, it is only at the state level where the AIA can influence the laws and policies that govern the practice of architecture for its members. I am looking forward to the challenge of working with AIA Pennsylvania as we continue to engage lawmakers on the cares and concerns of architects throughout the Commonwealth."
About The AIA Pennsylvania:
