READING, PA – Entech is pleased to announce the acquisition of America’s Water Resource Consultants, Inc. (AWRC), an environmental services firm located near Chicago, Illinois. AWRC was founded by Mark Williams, PG in 1996. Mr. Williams will be joining Entech’s Environmental Services team and will continue to manage the Chicago Office.
Entech President, Jeffrey Euclide, stated:
We're excited to be bringing AWRC and its employees into the Entech family. We have worked together with AWRC in the past and found their culture and values to align closely with ours. Like Entech, AWRC has consistently delivered high-quality services, leading to many long-term client relationships. This will be our first expansion outside of Pennsylvania, and is ideally situated for Entech to better serve clients located throughout North America.
This is Entech’s first acquisition and aligns with recent strategic planning efforts for growing the company. The purchase of AWRC diversifies and expands Entech’s client base into new markets.
