Here at Entech, we build experts. Our employees are at the forefront of this industry, continually pushing it forward and making sure our clients are getting the best services and information possible…and it shows.
Coming off of the annual Pennsylvania Rural Water Association (PRWA) Conference, where we had seven presenters, we’re pleased to be well-represented at this year’s annual Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association (EPWPCOA) conference, as well.
This year will be the EPWPCOA’s 32nd annual Industrial Pretreatment Conference. This one-and-a-half-day conference is packed with presentations that aim to equip you with the latest information on all things related to industrial pretreatment, and our five presenters have some great insights.
Can’t make it this year? Conference sold out before you could register? Don’t worry! We will be sharing our presentations after the conclusion of the conference.
Check out the schedule below to see our lineup of presentations. We hope to see you there!

FOG Database
Tori Morgan, LO | 3:25 - 3:55 PM
A comprehensive FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) database can be a game-changer for managing food handling facilities efficiently. With so many moving parts like communications, inspections, scheduling, and maintaining contact lists, a centralized system streamlines processes, reduces redundancy, and ensures smooth program operations—whether you're overseeing 20 facilities or 200.
By integrating all the necessary data into a FOG database, you can:
- Track compliance and inspection records effortlessly.
- Schedule tasks and inspections systematically.
- Manage contact for each facility with the risk of losing important information.
- Automate communications to ensure timely updates and notifications.
