The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) requires that all docket and permit holders who discharge effluent within the Delaware River Basin, monitor discharge levels and file annual reports to the DRBC.
Completing the Annual Effluent Monitoring Report (AEMR) will satisfy your required reporting with the DRBC. The filing is due by January 31, 2017 for calendar year 2016. The DRBC has created a spreadsheet reporting form to ease submissions.
2016 AEMR submissions should be emailed to: aemr@drbc.nj.gov.
